Hello. My friends have a problem. She didn't login an website. Its error ,, wrong username or password". In game account work. She name: Grania and Madzia. Help

Hmm there isn't problem with the login system is your friend sure he doesn't try with different than English languege or Caps Lock maybe, My advice is to tell your friend to assure that he is typing in English and has turned off caps lock and on last place check if he is typing his usr name and password right if this doesn't work for him tell him to contact me at :

My friends don't speak english... ;C I Check Capslock and other's combination, all's is good. Game it's work.

Okay can he/she try to make another account and try again?
Because I tested with few different including a new accounts which I've created and it is working properly maybe the website didn't added the information correctly let her try to log in with:
Account name : drofter
Password : drofter

This is an empty account which I've just created and if she can login on it ask her to make another account.
